Refund policy
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
At Gem's Twinkle, we want you to love your crystals. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging and tags.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for standard returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is".
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of heavy use.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your account order page within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Return Shipping: EU customers are responsible for return shipping costs under the withdrawal right.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled via your account order page.
Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
