Refund policy

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

At Gem's Twinkle, we want you to love your crystals. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging and tags.

Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for standard returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is".
• Customized or personalized jewelry.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of heavy use.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
