Ordering & Wholesale Process
1. Do I need a business license or resale certificate to buy from you?
No! We designed Gem's Twinkle specifically to support growing brands, Etsy sellers, and independent creators. You do not need any formal corporate wholesale credentials or resale certificates to buy from us.
2. How does the "1-on-1 Video Confirmation" workflow work?
We want you to shop with 100% confidence.
- Place your order on our website (minimum $100 USD).
- Click our official support link below to contact our team via WhatsApp with your Order Number.
- Before packing, we will send you high-definition videos or live-stream the exact crystal carvings, towers, or beads selected for your order.
- Once you give us your 100% approval, we securely pack and ship your box. If you don't like a specific piece, we will happily swap it for you!
3. Can I mix and match different items to reach the $100 MOQ?
Yes, absolutely! You have total flexibility. You can mix and match across all categories—including mini crystal carvings, loose gemstone strands, shapes, and materials—as long as your total cart value reaches $100 USD.

4. Are your crystals 100% natural and authentic?
Yes. Based directly in Donghai County, China—the world's capital of crystals—we source all our semi-precious stones directly from raw material markets and factory workshops. We guarantee 100% honest origin and material identification.
5. Will my crystals look exactly like the product photos?
Crystals are beautiful creations of Mother Earth. Because they are 100% natural, every single piece is unique and will have its own individual variations in color, flash, banding, and patterns. It is also completely normal for natural crystals to have internal ice cracks, mineral inclusions, or natural pits. This is why we provide our Video Confirmation Service—so you can see and approve the exact unique pieces you are getting before they ship!

6. Will I be charged import duties, VAT, or customs fees?
If you choose our premium shipping channel (YunExpress), all import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are 100% prepaid by us (DDP shipping). You will not receive any unexpected tariff bills, and your package will be delivered smoothly right to your doorstep without any customs hassles (available for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and most European countries).
7. Why is shipping calculated by actual weight instead of being free?

Instead, we calculate shipping honestly based on the exact weight and dimensions of your final box at checkout, saving you more money on bulk orders.
